Gerritsen Packing shipped its first packing solution with Shock Indicators

Recently, Gerritsen Packing shipped its first custom-made wooden packaging solution equipped with Shock Indicators. With this addition, we further enhance the protection of valuable and vulnerable goods during transport and handling.

Shock Indicators are visual devices that clearly show wheter a package has been subjected to excessive shocks, impacts, or drops during transportation. When a predefined threshold is exceeded, the indicator changes color, making it immediately visible upon arrival that the shipment may have been mishandled.

Integrating Shock Indicators into our custom wooden packaging provides important benefits:
